Mediadrive is a decentralized P2P file-sharing platform that facilitates secure file transfers without permanent storage.

By using Mediadrive, you agree that:

Violation of these terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to Mediadrive.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Mediadrive is free to use and supported by advertising.

Ads may be displayed via trusted third-party networks such as Google AdSense.

These third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver relevant advertising.

We do not control the content of external ads or third-party websites linked through ads and disclaim responsibility for their accuracy or behavior.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

a. No File Storage

Mediadrive does not store, monitor, or log user-transferred files. File transfers are temporary and automatically deleted after delivery or expiration.

b. No Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility, or security beyond reasonable operational standards.

c. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you share via Mediadrive
  • The legal consequences of your actions
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of any transfer codes or credentials

Mediadrive will not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from platform use.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mediadrive at our discretion, especially in the event of violations of these Terms or any unlawful activity.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Mediadrive after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
